Through true dance-floor slammers this duo have clocked numerous global releases in their four year assault on the underground dance scene. Loving bass and flaunting it, their trademark EW sound surprises with every track.
The two bass junkies behind EW were grown in South Africa and have voyaged diverse paths and continents - from roots in house and psy trance to running their own record label. These two are circling the EDM circuit and loving it.
Kicking off in 2008 with their first release it’s been full steam into 2012. Performances are high energy all the way! The music is edgy, bass-y, intense, melodic and funky - what more could you want!
There are no half measures for these guys and having had two International Breakbeat Awards nominations it’s clear they won’t stop till they’ve had enough!

2008 Saw them breaking onto the South African and European dance scenes, appearing at local gigs and releasing their first singles globally.
Being picked up almost instantly by Fracture records [Holland], they released singles Dirty Typist and Senseless in 2008.
Locally they released a remix [Smut] for Kloraform records and Warning Label as an intro track for a compilation on Disasterpeace records.
In 2009 they showed their worth in new track releases [a total of 7], distributing through record labels based in the United States, Britain, Italy and South Africa. Flexing their strictly Enough Weapons Live sets, one half of the duo [six-six-one] plays a mixed box DJ set ranging between dub, electro and break beats. Remixes from Eshericks, That girl DJ and Freeflow 45 - entering the International breakspoll for the first time with a 2 x 3 track EP releases /remixes on Ape music.
By the end of 2010 releases clocked a total of 21. 2010 releases include; If I Die, Bassbin, Got Digital, Dropping Morgan Line, Stick, Walking On Water, Games remix (Twelv), Do It remix (Krum), Riot Control and Output 1-2. Entering the breaskpoll for the second time!
2011 Was the year for remixes and included releases on Ape music and Vibrance recordings. Remixes from Sol8, Beatsmack, Original primate, Soundproof and Sychosis.
2012, 4 years in and the year kicked off with a release on home label, On a break records, aswell as remixes and collaborations with Mr Bong, Crosby and Lethalness
Original influences included Justice, Stanton Warriors, Bloody beetroots, Plump Dj’s, Evil Nine, Rogue Element, Ben and Lex, Bass Bin Twins and Beat Assassins.
